Class	Description
Tier 1a	All Monty Tech Activities, including but not limited to sports, clubs, committee meetings, Continuing Ed, LPN Program,etc.
Tier 1b	No charge for building use, except on the Wkends/Hol, Tier two rates would apply - Any civic or government organizations from the district and surrounding municipalities
Tier 2	Discounted building rates - Non Profit organizations Note: Copy of certificate of liability and documented proof of tax-exempt status is required at the time of application
Tier 3	3: Full price building rates - All other users as permitted by the Superintendent/Director and Director of Facilities Note: Copy of certificate of liability is required at the time of application
